My personal training services are tailored to help you feel great and improve your physical fitness. No matter your fitness goals, from gaining weight to improving your self-confidence, my personal fitness services are for you.
Low weight
The challenges faced by those trying to gain weight are often brushed aside or diminished. Not here, I know how difficult and frustrating it can be. I will work with you to make changes that will have a positive impact both on your weight gain and your confidence.
High weight
I work with each of my clients to come up with a tailored plan that suits your lifestyle, age and schedule without compromising on progress.
Low mood
The links between low mood and exercise are well documented but you may not know where you begin. And it doesn’t help that your low mood itself can be a barrier to exercising. I will work with you to keep you accountable and help you stay motivated so you can experience the mood uplift that so many others have seen.
Special populations
Exercise and increased movement are well known to help in the management of a range of special conditions.
Group and basic training
I also offer group and basic training for those who don’t have a specific area they want to work on but want to improve their overall wellness.
How I train
My training philosophy is underpinned by a holistic approach to health and well-being. We will begin by understanding where you are and where you want to be. Sometimes, depending on your needs, we will begin by working on your mindset and outlook before we move to incorporate exercise and movement into your fitness routine. It’s a journey not a race.
